Our surf shop opened in 2018 as an addition of Kiteboarding Bonaire, the #1 kiteschool of the Caribbean.

The shop is open 6 days a week and after hours on request, we are there when you need something!
For the last 9 years we've been working and surfing on Bonaire, Moana represents our dushi island lifestyle, our laidback spirit and our deep love for the ocean.

Lianne - Founder & Owner
Lianne always had a passion for the ocean and surfing. With a career in education, she slowly started combining it with water sports, first in Bali and later on Bonaire. This slowly grew into a social entrepreneurship that is now Moana: social projects, selling sustainable surf products, offering SUP classes and led by a social mission. Lianne enjoys travelling, working out, water sports and is the mama of Dude, the coolest choc lab on the island.
Maria Clara - Manager
Hola! I’m Maria Clara, I am from Colombia and I found my way to Bonaire through scuba diving and water sports. I have always loved everything about the ocean, which also let me to start my ocean inspired and conscious swimwear brand Awamare. An artist at heart, you can find my murals across the island, where I have done many different things, and now I work as the manager of Moana surf shop.
Neza - Social Media Manager
Hi! My name is Neza, I am originally from Slovenia and a traveller at heart, and now I live on Bonaire. I love all things wellness, healthy living, cooking, art, freediving, reading, blogging and of course content creation and social media! My spirit animal is a butterfly and my favourite food pizza, what about yours?
